Shipping/Handling: BUNNY & CHAD ships all orders at a flat rate of $7.00 per order/per address. Orders are processed and shipped by the end of the following business day and will arrive within 4 to 8 business days.

Returns: BUNNY & CHAD will issue a full refund on items that are returned in original condition if mailed back within 14 days of the purchase date. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items not returned within this time frame will not be eligible for a refund. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Please contact us before sending returns and we will reply with full instructions.

Care: BUNNY & CHAD handbags are to be spot cleaned only and can be dry cleaned if necessary. PLEASE DO NOT PUT BAGS IN THE WASHING MACHINE.
